Primary Therapeutic Modalities: As an intermodal Expressive Arts Therapist (ExAT) Katie incorporates a combination of art, drama, narrative, and play therapies. She also integrates polyvagal theory (brain/body connection) and nervous system regulation in her approach with clients.
