Topic: CLosings in Therapy

Closings start from the beginning of the therapy relationship. Together, let’s deep dive into the topic of how to ethically and relationally close the therapy relationship with clients. In groups we’ll practice skills and share activities you can later use to help process endings and celebrate with clients.

Topic: outdoor & Activity Based therapy

Have you ever wanted to incorporate outdoor or activity-based counselling into your sessions, but weren’t sure where to begin? Have you been doing this already, but are looking for new activities to add to your toolbox or to receive feedback from peers on your facilitation? This is the perfect place for you! This session will include participating in peer lead outdoor and activity-based counselling and practicing leading some of your own with support and feedback from your peers.

May 7, 2026 - Introduction to outdoor and activity-based counselling

May 14, 2026 - Peer Practice (participate, lead, and/or provide feedback)

May 21, 2026 - Peer Practice (participate, lead, and/or provide feedback)

May 28, 2026 - Peer Practice (participate, lead, and/or provide feedback)

Each meeting will be held outdoors from 7pm - 8:30pm (CST) at 383 Provencher Blvd.
